Luckily for Roger, we managed to find our way back to the part of the Gardens surrounded by the city in fairly short order, so no cannibalism was strictly necessary. We caught a great view of Prince Rainier's palace from the railing of one of the kajillion endless paths.

And there was that sneaky cruise ship again, lurking off to the side.

The angle of view was so great that I had to pan around and take pics of a bit more of the city. There was a second, not-as-busy marina on the opposite side of the palace mount from the one bordered by the racetrack.

And, of course, there was the cruise ship, taunting me. I wondered briefly if it mightn't be that blasted Jay-Z in disguise, but tried to shake it off.

A bit over from the marina was a gigantic stadium, probably for locals to use when they participated in gory bloodsports or something. Or was that Italy? I can never remember. Anyway, I'm sure at least a few people have died there, if only as victims of statistics or foul play or something.

I figured I had enough photos and told Roger it was time to go find some beer. What could he do but agree?
